Terms and Conditions Difference Store Bonaire

1. Applicability

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through the Difference Store Bonaire webshop.
1.2 By placing an order through our webshop, the customer agrees to the content and applicability of these terms.
1.3 For matters not specifically regulated in these terms, the relevant consumer law provisions of the BES islands apply.

2. Products and Offers

2.1 The products in our webshop are unique gifts with a special background. We strive to display product availability as accurately as possible.
2.2 If an ordered product is not in stock, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. The customer has the right to cancel the order or replace it with another product.
2.3 All offers are valid while stocks last or within the indicated promotional period.

3. Prices and Payment

3.1 All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and include local taxes unless otherwise specified.
3.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order through the available payment methods in the webshop. Once payment is received, the order will be processed.

5.2 To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. The customer bears the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
5.3 Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, the full purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

6. Complaints and Warranty

6.1 Difference Store Bonaire stands behind the quality of its products. If a product does not meet reasonable expectations, the customer should notify us within 7 days of receipt via our contact information.
